This full-time role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor of Surgical Services at Scripps Green, located in La Jolla. The position entails overseeing 12 Operating Room suites and includes rotating administrative responsibilities during weekends. Additionally, there is an opportunity for a New Hire Bonus up to $13K and eligibility for the Manager Compensation plan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and uphold an environment that ensures nursing practices align with care standards and prioritizes patient safety.
- Oversee the daily functions of the designated nursing unit, including staffing strategies and resource allocation.
- Facilitate patient care coordination and ensure safe transitions throughout the care continuum.
- Responsible for achieving the operational budgetary goals of the department.
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience in the Operating Room, including two years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, team-building, planning, and execution skills.
- Possess a current California RN license and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or MSN is preferred.
- Certification in a related specialty is beneficial.
- CNOR Certification is an advantage.
