Job Title: Software Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Specialist to join our team at TechnoGen. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing software applications using advanced programming languages and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in programming and software development. Advanced understanding of Systems Analysis and Design, Core Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL is strongly preferred.

This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating above-average people and negotiation skills, and a positive and supportive work attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and design software solutions
  • Develop and implement software applications using advanced programming languages and technologies
  • Test, deploy, and maintain software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects
