Job Description:

The United Software Group seeks a highly skilled Pega Developer to join their team in Louisville, KY. This is a permanent remote contract opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing software applications based on business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that applications meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include standardizing quality assurance procedures for software applications, overseeing testing and debugging, and developing fixes as needed. You will also research complaints and make necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and at least 7 years of experience with CSSA certification (must have) or CLSA certification on Pega 7.x version or higher. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently in an ambiguous environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages for a Pega developer in the US with 7 years of experience.
