Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage the restaurant operations to enhance profitability while maintaining the company's mission, values, and guest experience standards.
  • Team Development: Set departmental objectives and guide a team of managers, fostering a collaborative environment and providing necessary training and motivation.
  • Staff Management: Assist in the recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation of employees, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Hands-On Approach: Actively engage in daily operations, demonstrating a willingness to participate in all aspects of the business.
  • Strategic Execution: Implement pricing strategies, merchandising, and promotional activities to drive sales and operational efficiencies.
  • Inventory Management: Assess food and beverage requirements, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly updates on operations, collaborating with corporate and senior leadership to achieve strategic goals.
  • Incident Management: Document and resolve any employee or guest incidents, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $82,000.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or QSR setting
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain mobility for extended periods
