At Eataly North America, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Counter Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service across our various QSR counters, serving gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis, and other Italian treats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service across all QSR counters
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a cash register and ensure accuracy of cash drops and authenticity of bills
  • Comply with department policies and quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication and guest service skills
  • Experience operating a cash register preferred
  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
