Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify synergies, streamline workflows, and analyze performance to improve marketing operations
  • Manage a team of onshore and offshore individuals, supporting their career growth and providing manager guidance
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in marketing and/or operations management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of operations management and marketing disciplines
