Job Title: Technical Installation Expert

Palmer Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Installation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, starting up, and troubleshooting automated control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated HVAC systems
  2. Perform BAC networking while setting up IP addresses
  3. Troubleshoot non-functioning components
  4. Map control points into controllers and add alarms
  5. Upload, download, and modify control software
  6. Provide technical assistance and support regarding all projects, installations, and repairs
  7. Communicate findings, upgrades, and troubleshooting to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in electronic or HVAC automation
  • Microprocessor-based control system knowledge
  • DDC Controllers, Sensors, and transducers start-up experience
  • BAC and Modbus networks
