Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and simulate electrical systems using software tools.
  • Develop and test electrical components and systems.
  • Conduct short circuit analysis and troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Apply knowledge of the fundamentals of engineering (FE) to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement project plans and timelines.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure systems are working optimally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in electrical systems design and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP.
  • Extensive knowledge of switchgear, low voltage, power conditioning, and energization.
  • Strong understanding of power systems and control systems.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
