The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate will assist the document control team and project managers to deliver quality materials and input information on engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain documentation systems for multiple small projects, as well as assisting on medium and larger-sized projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish standards and procedures for document control.
  • Communicate document system procedures with team members and ensure seamless workflows.
  • Coordinate documents with multiple engineers to meet project needs.
  • Compile electronic project data books and issue transmittals to clients and vendors.
  • Process vendor submittals and package electronic documents for clients, vendors, and internal needs.
  • Monitor workflows for the project team and notify team members of troubleshooting issues regarding vendors and clients.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of applicable experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
