Job Summary

NESCO Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving product and service issues, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze customer complaints, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records, process adjustments, and recommend products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
