  • Prioritize tasks to meet established sales objectives.
  • Achieve a closing rate of at least 40%.
  • Develop a strategic prospecting plan to generate leads.
  • Engage in networking to foster business relationships and promote our company.
  • Utilize our CRM system to maintain an organized workflow.
  • Set and meet goals for sales volume, closing rates, and profit margins.

Communication Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to foster effective growth strategies.
  • Uphold our reputation for integrity and professionalism through timely and respectful communication with clients.
  • Ensure all job-related information is conveyed to team leaders as needed.
