Job Summary

Ent Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Officer to join our team. As a key member of our lending sales team, you will be responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, while providing exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and close consumer loans, meeting or exceeding production goals.
  • Provide consultative sales and service to members, helping them realize the value of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential members, identifying opportunities to increase interest and fee income.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve business development and account retention goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with Ent Credit Union's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a financial services institution, including 1+ year of consumer or mortgage loan origination experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and lending software, with typing skills of 30 words per minute or more.
