Electronics Engineering Lead for Product Development and Lifecycle Management

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer II to lead our product development and lifecycle management efforts. This role will oversee the entire development process from concept to final product, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of full development process, including new product introduction, value engineering, and product lifecycle management in electronic monitoring and controls equipment.
- Liaison with cross-functional teams such as Software Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and other organizational departments.
- Technical lead for all electronics designs, responsible for specifications, circuit design, schematics, block diagrams, PCB design & layout, test plans, and manufacturing requirements.
- Development of project scope, schedules, and customer expectations, ensuring high attention to detail.
- Lead development activities and meetings, including Concept and Design Kaizens, engineering prototype technical reviews, weekly team meetings, and cross-functional discussions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (minimum).
- 10-15+ years of experience in electronics engineering systems, including analog and digital electronics design, complex electro-mechanical systems design, and integration of software and/or firmware.
- Proven track record of on-time and on-budget project completion, with expertise in electronic design and manufacturing.
- High-level experience in electronics engineering tools, Microsoft Project Suite, and knowledge of project lifecycle management and bill of material management.
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
