Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Principal QA Engineer at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our high-performance gun systems. Your expertise in process control, testing, and inspection will help us maintain our position as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement methods and procedures to ensure product quality and minimize defects.
- Design and install sophisticated testing equipment and perform product testing and analysis.
- Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
