Job Title: Customer Service Technician I

At Agiliti Health, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical equipment to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely Load and Deliver Medical Equipment: Load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Education and Engagement: Educate and engage customers on the features and functionality of medical equipment, promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Paperwork and Data Entry: Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Age and Education: Be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have prior customer service experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and be able to navigate our systems.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
