Job Summary

F.H. Furr is seeking a seasoned Plumbing Operations Manager to lead our residential plumbing services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating plumbing installation projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate plumbing installation projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and company expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team, ensuring work meets industry standards and company expectations.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials and equipment are available and in good condition for installations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Team Management: Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Culture and Accountability: Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction within the installation team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.
