- Vendor Relationships: Foster robust relationships with distributors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of materials.
- Product Evaluation: Evaluate products and distributors based on quality, price, availability, and other essential criteria to ensure the best value for our company.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors for the best prices and ensure consistent product invoicing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and forecast inventory, maintaining the accuracy of materials processed.
- Vendor Statements: Ensure monthly vendor statements are accurate before approval.
- Collaboration: Collaborate actively with vendors and industry peers to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Experience: 3+ years of purchasing experience in plumbing.
- Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory monitoring and forecasting.
- Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in the plumbing and residential services sector.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Service Titan preferred.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000.
