Role Summary:

This position is dedicated to delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small enterprises with annual revenues reaching up to $5 million. The role involves actively managing and enhancing relationships with high-value clients and identifying new opportunities through networking and external referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete client journey to fulfill their needs and generate sales opportunities while managing risks.
  • Identify and refer specialized small business solutions to clients while conducting thorough relationship assessments.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to expand small business opportunities.

  • Support the execution of the sales delivery model to achieve performance targets and growth within the Small Business segment.
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to associates and clients, fostering a culture centered on client and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales within financial services or business-to-business environments.
  • Ability to illustrate improvements in financial outcomes for businesses through financial statement analysis.
  • Passion for outside sales and a proactive approach to prospecting.
  • Desire to strengthen existing relationships and surpass sales objectives.
  • Capability to analyze client financial conditions and industry trends.
  • Proficient in interpreting financial statements and conducting cash flow analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
