Overview:
Southcoast Health System is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation of the Kronos application. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform business analysis, programming functions, and provide end-user support for the Kronos application.
Carry out various duties in support of the Kronos system and end users, including workflow analysis, system needs assessment, and planning and design.
Coordinate work efforts with applicable MIS consultants and organizational personnel.
Create training materials and train end-user staff.
Document and troubleshoot work involved in systems implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
Technical/programming experience is preferred.
PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency are required.
Minimum 5 years MIS and/or business related experience, including 2 years in similar and related position is required.
Kronos application experience is required.
