Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Accounting and Reconciliation: Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
  • Month-End and Year-End Reporting: Create and manage month-end and year-end reporting, including financial statements and regulatory reports.
  • Compliance and Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with month-end closing and regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Filings and Reporting: Prepare and submit tax filings and other regulatory reports, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial guidance and support to the organization.
  • Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed, providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA/CMA required.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with experience in financial reporting at a publicly traded company.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and advanced accounting principles and procedures. Proficient in using financial software and MS Excel.
