Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst FP&A

We are seeking a motivated Senior Financial Analyst specializing in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for various financial activities, including analysis, budgeting, modeling, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting to provide decision support to our Global Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Liaise with executive management, division controllers, and financial staff to ensure effective financial planning and reporting.
  • Own daily reporting to senior leadership, ensuring timely and accurate updates on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Partner with Global HQ on consolidation of month and quarter close financial deliverables.
  • Assist with the preparation of meaningful budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify areas to improve the effectiveness of financial planning and financial reporting activities.
  • Consolidate management reports and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested, including special projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial acumen and a proven track record in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Natural curiosity with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to focus on details and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work in an evolving environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle Hyperion or strong systems aptitude preferred.
  • Relevant consumer goods and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Annual base salary range: $96,000- $108,000
  • Bonus target range: 20-25%
