Job Title: Manager, FP&A and AnalyticsJob Summary:

NBCUniversal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, FP&A and Analytics to join our Corporate FP&A team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our FP&A function by leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud to streamline processes, enhance analytics capabilities, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes on behalf of the finance organization.
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning, reporting, and analytics.
  • Partner closely with both the business and IT teams to support the software implementation.
  • Challenge the organization to drive standardization in data and process.
  • Provide training and support to other team members and help deliver comprehensive training materials and learning sessions.
  • Responsible for Corporate FP&A solution(s) administration and enhancements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FP&A, proactively recommending innovative solutions to drive business value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar enterprise performance management (EPM) and business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Understanding of FP&A processes with the ability to drive process improvements and/or automation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate cross-function.
  • Change champion with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud or relevant technologies are a plus.
What We Offer:

NBCUniversal offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 (bonus eligible) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
