About the Role:

Rumble Boxing SoNo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective members
  • Conduct studio tours and present alternative sales options to prospective members
  • Participate in special events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain a pristine studio environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand or sit for up to eight hours during a normal workday
  • Fluent communication skills in English
