Principal Mission Management Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Mission Management Equipment Responsible Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Florida.
About the Role:This position will involve working on the definition, design, integration, test, and certification of mission management equipment and related hardware and software requirements. You will be responsible for interpreting and allocating system architecture requirements, designing computer and network architectures, and performing hardware integration and testing.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Ethernet-based networking design, IP address planning, switching, and routing, as well as knowledge of cyber security and Risk Managed Framework (RMF), STIGs, and associated elements.
You will work collaboratively with engineers and program stakeholders to integrate mission management subsystems and meet platform mission objectives. This role also involves technical management of program strategic partners and suppliers.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 5 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 3 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; or a Ph.D. AND 0 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
- Active DoD Secret clearance that is in-scope (granted or renewed within the last 6 years).
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
- DODD 8570 certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar network/security certifications.
We offer a competitive salary range of $92,600 - $139,000, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses and Long Term Incentives. Our benefits package includes health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
