Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Operations Manager to join our team at Locating Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directly managing and overseeing the successful, financial, and operational service delivery to assigned clients or projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule engineering activities, including project assignments, site surveys, and job milestones.
  • Schedule installation activities, including project assignments, installation start, and job milestones.
  • Oversee and direct the work of at least two employees, responsible for discipline of such employees.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to develop and/or approve schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving operational and financial goals.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to develop and implement techniques for evaluating all operational and financial activity related to specific accounts or projects.
  • Use discretion and judgment to identify needed areas of change and implement improvements to operations.
  • May represent Locating Inc at meetings, conferences, and seminars.

Requirements

  • 5 years of telecommunications experience, preferably in a fiber environment.
  • 2 years of management experience.
  • Customer-facing experience.
