This is a permanent full time role for a Restaurant Operations Manager. Nights and weekend work is a must.

  • Associates’ Degree in Hospitality, Business OR equivalent work experience.In lieu of a Degree , 7 years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment can be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years hospitality experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior manager within a high-volume environment
  • Strong guest service foundation, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead, plan and manage change
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), Point Of Service systems and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
