RN Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Operations Manager to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our hospital services administration team, you will be responsible for managing the business aspects of our hospital partnerships, ensuring the complete operation and performance of our clinics, and driving bottom-line results.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Exceed expectations of our hospital partners by effectively managing contracts, maintaining strong relationships with hospital administration and staff, and anticipating their needs.
- Financial Management: Drive financial results by managing budgets, forecasting expenses, communicating with vendors, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with public health and safety standards.
- Patient Care: Impact patient lives and deliver optimal clinical outcomes by monitoring patient clinical outcomes, utilizing DaVita's quality metrics, and collaborating with doctors, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Teamwork: Develop, mentor, and inspire a cohesive team by interviewing and hiring, monitoring compliance, conducting teammate evaluations, leading teammate satisfaction initiatives, and incorporating Core Values within all aspects of the clinic.
- Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
- Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and lead in a dynamic setting.
