Position Overview:
The Home Health Regional Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of home health services. This position is accountable for setting and achieving quality and performance improvement targets related to clinical outcomes, operational efficiencies, best practices, financial management, quality assurance, star ratings, and patient satisfaction metrics. Responsibilities also include participating in budget oversight and adapting to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a regional team, including Clinical Managers, to drive excellence in home health services.
2. Cultivate a positive organizational culture and support workforce development and talent management.
3. Ensure financial performance aligns with established targets and manage partner relationships effectively.
4. Develop and implement key priorities for the home health program to promote continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications:
1. Current licensure as an RN, PT, OT, or ST in the state of practice.
2. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
3. At least five years of leadership experience in Medicare Home Care or related healthcare fields.
4. Proven ability to supervise and guide professional administrative staff.
5. Strong marketing skills and the ability to engage tactfully with clients and the community.
6. Excellent observational, verbal, and written communication skills.
7. Knowledge of business management, regulatory requirements, and ACHC standards.
8. Minimum of two years of experience working with older adults.
9. Customer service experience or direct client interaction in the field is preferred.
10. Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office, clinical software platforms, and internet applications.
11. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking and problem-solving.
