Job Description

World CopperSmith, Inc. is a dynamic and growing company in the eCommerce and retail technology sector, specializing in custom range hoods, as well as a variety of residential and commercial products. As we continue to expand, we are seeking results-driven Regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth within a specified region or territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Sales Conversion:
    • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and leads via phone, email, and online chat.
    • Qualify and assess customer needs to provide tailored product solutions and recommendations.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of World CopperSmith products.
    • Close sales and convert leads into orders while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets and conversion rates.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively follow up with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Sales Strategy and Reporting:
    • Collaborate in the development and execution of a sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve sales goals and targets.
    • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and order information.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and challenges.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on World CopperSmith's product offerings, features, and benefits.
    • Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and competitors' products to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the home improvement or luxury product industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Compensation:

After completing a paid training period, you will receive a minimum guaranteed monthly salary and uncapped commission opportunities based on sales generated within your region. Depending on sales performance, compensation ranges from $100,000 to $175,000+.

Growth Opportunity:

Once regional sales targets are maintained and the training period is completed, you will be allocated a dedicated Sales Support Agent to assist in managing your region and enhancing your sales efficiency—other growth opportunities exist in leadership, commercial, and management.
