As a Guest Room Attendant, your efforts will significantly contribute to ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities to uphold our high standards of service:
- Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors.
- Change and restock bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks as necessary to maintain a pristine environment.
- Efficiently manage and transport the housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with hotel policies.
- Address special guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Provide turn-down service for guests as needed.
