  • Collaborate with staff and community partners to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of youth and families.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all youth, documenting any incidents or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with youth, parents, and staff, promoting positive relationships and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working with youth, preferably in a program or educational setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, including youth, parents, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
