Job Summary
Soliant is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in empowering students to overcome educational barriers by providing specialized, remote services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage students in goal planning, monitoring progress, and self-advocacy.
- Utilize technology and digital resources to manage students in virtual learning activities and promote academic progress.
- Conduct virtual assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Communicate with school administration and general education teachers to facilitate progress in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Available full-time or part-time during school hours.
- Bachelor's Level Degree in Education and Master's or Doctoral degree in Special Education from an accredited program.
- Must have appropriate certified state teaching license in CA and state of residence.
- Must have a home computer and strong internet connection.
- Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams) preferred.
