Job Summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in empowering students to overcome educational barriers by providing specialized, remote services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage students in goal planning, monitoring progress, and self-advocacy.
  • Utilize technology and digital resources to manage students in virtual learning activities and promote academic progress.
  • Conduct virtual assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Communicate with school administration and general education teachers to facilitate progress in the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Available full-time or part-time during school hours.
  • Bachelor's Level Degree in Education and Master's or Doctoral degree in Special Education from an accredited program.
  • Must have appropriate certified state teaching license in CA and state of residence.
  • Must have a home computer and strong internet connection.
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams) preferred.
