Job Summary:
Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our property operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the property and on-site staff in the absence of the Community Manager, touring and presenting the community in a compelling way, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the property and on-site staff in the absence of the Community Manager
• Tour and present the community in a compelling way to prospective residents
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits
• Administer late and non-sufficient check charges
• Maintain accurate resident records, post all rents, deposits, and fees, and all A/P functions as directed by the Community Manager
• Issue appropriate notices (i.e., late payments, evictions, NSF checks)
• Keep an eye on local market trends and update property comparables
• Report and follow up on service requests with the maintenance team; conduct service follow-up with residents
• Build strong working relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of related multifamily property management experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with property management software (Yardi) preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
