United Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chesapeake, VA branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store/Branch Manager in a successful location.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the HVAC/R Distribution Industry, including customer service, branch personnel management, inventory management, marketing and merchandising, warranties and returns, local and competitive pricing, and on-time product availability and local product deliveries.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a team of branch personnel, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the branch meets its sales and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have experience with inventory management systems.
