Job Overview

MacMore is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance in government business practices, including business re-engineering, process development, and metrics development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support in government business practices, including business re-engineering, process development, and metrics development.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business process development, re-engineering, or management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
  • Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives.
