RN Long Term Care Supervisor Nights Specialist

Amergis offers a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Long Term Care RN Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care, assessing patients' needs, and developing individualized plans of care. They will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and excellent customer service.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability, particularly during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients
- Conduct regular assessments of patients' needs and progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current Registered Nurse License in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care/Assisted Living
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability, particularly during night shifts
