About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in various settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, inpatient, clinics, nursing homes, and acute care hospitals.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and ensure physician orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
- Provide evidence-based treatment to patients, utilizing a range of modalities and adapting treatment plans as necessary while adhering to precautions.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $40.00 to $52.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
