Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at Evenflo Company, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary role will be to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Answer 40+ incoming calls per day, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and place orders in our computer system.
  • Participate in paid training to become a Child Passenger Safety Tech (CPST) and provide car seat installation instruction to customers via video appointments.
  • Assist with email and live chat support, as well as respond to social media inquiries and reviews.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills through training sessions and feedback.
  • Work from home after training, approximately 2 weeks.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication, typing, and grammar skills.
  • Punctual and able to adhere to a schedule.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
