Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
