Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staffing Specifix. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a stable past employment history, excellent English speaking and writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting customers via email, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with the client services database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
