Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Engineer Intern to provide manufacturing engineering services and support efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain controlled technical documents, including prints, procedures, and bill of materials.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate product costs and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements.
  • Establish and improve process methods to meet performance and quality requirements.
  • Support a wide variety of processing applications, including machining, finishing, cleaning, laser marking, and polishing.
  • Evaluate multiple options to select the most appropriate processes and machining methods.
Requirements
  • Actively enrolled in an academic program for the entire duration of the assignment.
  • Minimum status as a sophomore in a Bachelor's Degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
  • Experience working with layout design and 3D modeling, as well as process improvement work using the DMAIC model.
