Network Architect

Job Summary:

iLearn Schools seeks a highly skilled Network Engineer to lead the design, support, and management of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable, cost-efficient, scalable, and secure solutions that align with ESL's architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain network infrastructure for stability, scalability, and security.
• Plan and execute upgrades and routine maintenance for high availability and performance.
• Lead hardware and software selection, implementation, and support.
• Collaborate with Information Security on DMZ networks and firewall configurations.
• Ensure redundancy and backup processes for critical systems.
• Manage yearly budgets for Network Services.
• Provide technical consultation and support for corporate projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure third-party vendors meet SLAs.

Requirements:

• CCNP-level Cisco certifications or 7+ years of large enterprise network management.
• Strong routing and switching experience including L2/L3 protocols.
• Thorough understanding of OSI model and network technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto Networks devices.
• Experience with Cisco Wireless LAN controllers and network security best practices.
• Experience with Zoom(Zoom Room, VoIP and Zoom Meetings).
• Customer service experience in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience with Meraki routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Firewall implementations (Palo Alto, Panorama, Cisco ASA, etc.).
• Cloud networking experience.
