Early Head Start Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Head Start Teacher to join our team at Presbyterian Medical Services. As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to infants and toddlers in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants and toddlers.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other Early Head Start staff to ensure comprehensive services and support for families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, New Mexico Child Development Certificate (CDC), or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in early childhood education with children ages birth through three years preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
