About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician/Helper Specialist to join our team at Moliar Hospitality Group. As a key member of our construction division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physical Labor: Assist with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
  • Team Player: Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, taking direction and following instructions with ease.
  • Tool Proficiency: Possess experience using hand tools, cutting tools, and power tools, including drills, saws, and other equipment.
  • Availability: Be available to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
  • Electrical Expertise: As an Electrician, you will be responsible for picking up heavy equipment and materials, and possess knowledge of commercial electrical work.
  • Trenching and Excavation: Assist with digging trenches for slab work and other excavation tasks.
  • Wiring and Installation: Install electrical raceways, including MC cable, and connect per NEC requirements.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with basic wiring, including single-pole, 3-way switches, and multi-phase outlets.
  • Code Compliance: Understand and adhere to NEC code requirements.
  • Electrical Safety: Familiarize yourself with NFPA 70E electrical safety procedures.
