Job Title: Journeyman Electrician Roadway

Lighting Maintenance Inc (LMI) is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician for Roadway Lighting work. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and installation of lighting systems throughout Hampton and Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of roadway lighting systems
  • Installation of new lighting systems
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Current clean driver's license
  • Class A or B CDL Required within the first 3 months of hire (we provide training)
  • High school Graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent
  • 5 years of electrical experience
  • 1 year of roadway lighting experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
  • Bucket Truck Experience - Minimum 2 years
  • Safety Training - OSHA 10
  • Work Zone - Intermediate (will train)
Working Conditions:
  • Working in both heat and cold
  • Able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, overtime, and night shifts as required
