Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), recognized as a leading player in the Outdoor Advertising sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive grasp of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) methodologies, along with proven experience in constructing and managing financial models, generating financial forecasts, and formulating annual budgets.

The FP&A Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating data-driven decision-making processes for the Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Departments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Overseeing the financial planning for the Legal, Real Estate, and Operations divisions of the organization.
  • Creating and sustaining financial models to aid in decision-making across the designated departments.
  • Generating financial forecasts, reports, and presentations for both short-term and long-term planning within the assigned areas.
  • Providing analytical support for various real estate initiatives, delivering insights into potential financial ramifications, cost-saving opportunities, and strategic considerations.
  • Formulating budget forecasts and conducting scenario analyses to assess the financial implications of diverse asset decisions.
  • Executing variance analyses to pinpoint and elucidate discrepancies between actual and projected results.
  • Delivering financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, effectively communicating to convey financial information and insights.
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in FP&A within the commercial real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Corporate experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to transform complex financial data into clear and insightful presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to changing priorities and deadlines.
