The Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Hyperscaler and Data Center Product Segment. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of our Hyperscaler and Data Center product segment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of launching successful products and leading high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch
  • Lead a team of product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products
  • Monitor and improve key product metrics, including adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field
  • 7+ years of leadership or experience in a large-scale product and/or segment leadership role
  • Proven track record of launching successful products in the Hyperscaler and Data Center segment
  • Superior communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills
  • Experience with Dark Fiber, Colo VPN, Internet on-Demand, IP VPN, Wavelengths, and ethernet products as they relate to Hyperscaler and Data Centers
