Lead the Way with VIRELLA

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at VIRELLA, a 120-year-old industry leader. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses while developing new relationships through referrals and leads. Your expertise will be essential in training and developing a small team to achieve similar results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Research new business opportunities in the B2B sector, leveraging your time management and prioritization skills.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring seamless execution and goal achievement.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community, with knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required, with a clean background and own transportation.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year, paid weekly, and a 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
