We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring that residents receive individualized care.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing desired.
