Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring that residents receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
  • Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing desired.
